I've got an Ulli Storch, and Inka Storch and most recently I got a Leo Turquoise Storch.  I LOVE them all BUT I think I'd really like another!phthffff

I'm most interested in the Vicky (to me, in the pictures online, this looks a warm toned, calming yellow - not too busy)....

I also like 1 particular photo I've seen of Albert - taken in natural lighting, this picture is in the storchenwiege Gallery:

But other pictures I've seen of Albert show it to be really VERY bright - which is pretty, but I'm not looking for an extraordinarily bright wrap.Laidback  So is the Albert wrap more subdued IRL?

Is it possible to get fabric swatches of Storches before you buy???
Albert's *bright*  LOL which I love, very sunshiney...

Becky at BigMamaSlings thinks it would make her look like a satsuma...

Vicky's nice, definitely not as bright, makes me look a little sallow, sadly.  I just can't 'do' yellow on its own.

eta I can send you a sample of the Vicky but I'll need it back fairly quickly to use at the Little Ones Fair. Email me if you want it? (I'm not cutting up an Albert though!!)
Ooh the Alberts nice - not one I had previously considered when looking at the patterns!

What are the Leo Rouge, Navy and turquoise like irl? I had never considered a plain one before but quite like the pictures I've seen on TBW.

Decisions, decisions ...
Here's a link to a picture of the Leo Turquoise.

I had a Leo Red once, that was really nice too.  It does go with almost everthing.  I think the Turquoise does too.  It's easy to wear and elegant.

The trouble is, the striped ones have different "looks", so unless it's something your comfy with (colourwise) everyday, you'll need a few (to suit your dress and your moods).Wink

Hmmm, so albert is bright (satsuma bright!).......now why oh, why is that NOT putting me off.Confused

I'm still torn between vicky and albert......Cool
well...  I could throw a spanner in the works and suggest that the Leo Natur is a lovely mellow colour, and neutral of course...

edit to add, the red's pretty bright, more of a blonde's red where the didymos red is a brunette's red, iykwim, and the marine is a bit more what we'd call royal than navy. The Leos do have a slightly different texture to the striped ones...
