I saw some pictures of using the storchenwiege for a newborn inner pouch wrap - looks cozy and would like to try it, but I can't seem to find any instructions for that one. Could anyone direct me to a site that has instructions for that one?? - Thanks!

I got my storch when my first child was several months old and only used the front cross carry (not too often). Now with my second child, I really want to use it more, but I am not so fond of the few wrapping methods that are listed in the book that came with the wrap. He doesn't seem too fond of the kanguroo one, but it could just be my way of doing it...

I am really keen to use the storchenwiege more now - any suggestions on easy wraps (that are also easy on my back...) are very welcome Smile2

Hi Sabine, congratulations on the new baby! Smile2

I've just googled the carry you mention and it looks like the front wrap cross carry to me, with the waist-band-part on the inside, which is how I do it as I can do it that way while holding the baby Smile2

Have you come across www.slingmeet.co.uk yet? I wonder if there are people in your area who could help you out with it? Also this site has some very cool step-by-step pictures of wrap carries Smile2
