Delivery for Christmas: UK orders/in-stock items only:
AMAZONAS:Amazonas products are usually shipped directly from the distributor. We therefore cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas on these items, however we hope that orders received by noon on Friday 21st December will be shipped in time for delivery on Christmas Eve.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders must be signed for, please make sure that someone will be available at your chosen delivery address.
Closure: We will be closed from Saturday 22nd December to Wednesday 2nd January. Enquiries by email will be answered when possible, and orders will be sent on a first-come first-served basis once we reopen. If you have an urgent problem with an order please add your order number to your email subject.

Delivery within the UK is included in all prices. Items we hold in stock are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or Next Day Delivery by Interlink Express, some of our products are specially-made and come straight from the maker, or are despatched from a distributing warehouse. Delivery to addresses within the EU, Norway or Switzerland is subject to a charge of £5, which is applied during checkout. This covers Royal Mail's International Signed For service. In all cases packages are tracked and signatures are required for delivery. Please email us prior to ordering for any special requirements.
We aim to get your order to you within 10 days. If this is not possible we will contact you to discuss the options available, and keep you fully informed throughout.
While of course we hope your order is everything you want it to be, we understand that sometimes your requirements or expectations may not have been met. Provided the item is returned to us in unused 'as new' condition within 14 days, we offer a full refund or replacement product. A credit-note may be offered for returns made after 14 days. We do not reimburse postage costs on no-fault returns
If a fault develops in the product, please email us with the details before returning the item. Postage costs may be reimbursed in such instances.
